RylandW, the former career politician, has finally broken his near month-long silence. Ryland, a former house representative and former Aventura mayor, is the current Proprietor of the Redmont Historical Institute, the Diamond Foundation, and the President of Ivy University. He has had an extensive political career in DC.
After his loss in the recent Aventura mayoral election, Ryland appeared to drop out of the public eye. Before his recent message, his only activity has been his current defamation lawsuit against v__d, an individual who recently entered a plea deal for 15 charges (to include 6 violent offenses) in connection with a violent uprising. The lawsuit alleges v__d’s character assassination (and, as political and legal commentators have evaluated, baseless claims) against Ryland significantly harmed his reelection campaign in an unfair manner.
The Reveille Times reached out to Ryland for comment, in which he stated:
“It is true that after a brief break, I’m making my comeback to DemocracyCraft. My team and I have decided we’ll be making a full return to politics and the server on May 24th. A lot has happened while I’ve been away, and now more than ever, I believe Redmont needs politicians it can trust. I’ve got plenty planned and I’ll be dropping things along the way.”
